Job summary

STV is seeking an accomplished Area Manager to lead and grow our South Florida Transportation business from the Fort Lauderdale office. You will be the top Transportation executive in the region, driving growth, integration across disciplines, and exemplary client service.

You will partner with regional leaders to advance strategic initiatives, expand the client base, and deliver integrated architecture, engineering, planning, design, and construction services.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of technical, operational and growth leadership across roadway, highway, planning and engineering design.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving revenue growth in complex markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic client relationships and lead pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with STV's objectives.
• Analyze market trends and position STV for growth in South Florida and nearby states.
• Lead externally as a visible ambassador to clients, industry groups, and community partners.
• Oversee operations, staffing, project execution, and overhead control.
• Mentor leaders, build a strong leadership bench, and foster a high-performance culture.
