Job summary

STV, Inc. seeks a Transportation Design Services Leader for West Florida market, based in Tampa.

You will lead the growth of the transportation design practice, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and act as senior client-facing leader for BD and project delivery, strengthening FDOT and local government relationships. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Florida PE license is required.
• 12+ years of transportation/roadway design experience.
• Proven ability to win transportation contracts and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of Transportation Design practice in West Florida.
