Job summary

STV is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager for our Pompano Beach, FL office to lead a major transportation program in the Fort Lauderdale area. You will coordinate scheduling, cost, risk, reporting, and document controls while engaging closely with the client and program team.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in project controls, project management, construction management, program management, or related infrastructure delivery.
• Experience supporting major transportation, infrastructure, or complex capital programs.
• Strong knowledge of schedule, cost, risk, reporting, information management and program delivery.
• Ability to work across disciplines, navigate organizations, obtain information, and coordinate stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to identify when further investigation is needed.
• Strong process orientation and drive for efficiency and consistency.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client‑service skills.
• Ability to work in person in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and coordination of project controls across the program.
• Serve as a trusted client resource to understand needs and coordinate timely solutions.
• Integrate information across scheduling, cost, risk, reporting, and document controls.
• Review project data to identify trends, issues, and areas needing analysis.
• Coordinate with PMs, construction teams, controls staff and SMEs to resolve issues.
• Support scheduling activities including master program scheduling and reviews.
• Identify, track, and manage contractual and program deliverables.
• Establish and improve project controls processes for consistency and visibility.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage tech/automation.
• Maintain awareness of schedule/program risks and potential delays.
