• Minimum 10 years of PD&E and NEPA experience in transportation programs.
• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license or AICP certification.
• Proven seller‑doer with business development and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PD&E practice development and strategy across Florida.
• Win and manage PD&E and planning pursuits with FDOT and other agencies.
• Direct multi‑disciplinary teams on complex transportation projects.
• Set project scopes, budgets, staffing, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure technical standards and market visibility.
