Job summary

Securian Financial Group seeks an External Wholesaler (Regional Vice President) to drive south territory growth. You will partner with BGAs, advisors and distribution partners to expand SecureCare, with support from an Internal Wholesaler.

You’ll manage strategy, relationships and sales campaigns while maintaining budgets and travel expenses. Ideal candidates bring external wholesaling background, Life/Health license, and proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office, plus strong time management and

Qualifications

External wholesaling experience preferably with Linked Benefit/Hybrid Long Term Care products.
Ability to work autonomously with little direct supervision.
Strong sales skills and interpersonal communication.
Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent time management in a dynamic environment.
Must hold Life/Health insurance license.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Manage the Linked Benefit (SecureCare) sales effort for the south territory through visits and partnerships.
Develop agency partnerships with marketers and financial professionals to grow business.
Coordinate with internal wholesaler on planning and messaging.
Maintain a detailed database of agency partners and execute targeted campaigns.
Conduct sales activities and product trainings for partners.
Deliver administrative reports and assist product/marketing with materials.
