Job summary

Securian Financial Group seeks a high-performing External Wholesaler (Regional Vice President) to drive South territory sales and expand market presence among BGAs, advisors, and distribution partners. You will collaborate with an Internal Wholesaler to execute territory strategy and deliver impactful sales ideas for SecureCare.

Preferred candidates have external wholesaling experience, Life/Health license, and FINRA licenses.

Qualifications

External wholesaling experience, preferably with Linked Benefit/Hybrid LTC products.
Must hold Life/Health insurance license.
FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage Linked Benefit (SecureCare) sales for the South territory (TX, KS, MO, AR, LA, OK, NM, CO, MS) through in-person visits with BGAs and their advisors.
Develop partnerships with marketers, financial professionals, and case managers to grow agency business with value-added sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal wholesaler on business planning and ensure consistent sales messaging and administrative tasks.
Maintain a detailed database of agency partners and tailor sales campaigns using data.
Conduct frequent sales activities and product trainings for partners and prospects.
Organize client seminars/events and manage travel expenses and budgets.
Deliver timely administrative reports using Salesforce and support marketing/product development with new materials.
