Job summary

Securian Financial seeks an External Wholesaler to drive sales growth in a large south territory, partnering with BGAs, advisors and distribution partners to grow business through SecureCare. You will collaborate with an Internal Wholesaler to execute territory strategy and deliver impactful sales ideas.

The role requires autonomy, strong sales skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office. Will travel and train partners, with performance-based incentives and a lucrative total cash

Qualifications

• External wholesalers experience preferred with linked benefit products.
• Ability to work autonomously with little supervision.
• Demonstrated sales skills and strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Linked Benefit (SecureCare) sales effort for the south territory through visits to BSAs and advisors.
• Develop partnerships with marketers and financial professionals to grow agency business.
• Collaborate with internal wholesaler on business planning and sales messaging.
• Maintain database of agency partners and customize sales campaigns.
• Conduct sales activities and product training for partners.
