Calderon Textiles is seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Consultant for its South-Central Territory. This entry-level sales role focuses on developing new business, managing accounts, and building relationships within the assigned region.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of sales experience, a strong work ethic, and a desire to build a career in sales. Texas-based candidates are prioritized, with mentorship and professional development opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a focus on customer service, account management, or business development.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage leads, record activities, schedule appointments, and track corporate initiatives.
• Knowledge of textile industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned region.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and more.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals and target annual sales budgets.
• Utilize the CRM system to manage customer accounts, track progress, and follow up on leads.
• Pursue new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and satisfaction.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales updates and analyze pipeline data.
