Harmon, Inc. is seeking a hands-on safety leader to drive corporate EHS on projects and in offices across the country. You will audit sites, investigate incidents, train workers and manage certifications while building a positive safety culture.

Travel is frequent as you partner with site leaders and manufacturing teams to implement policies and maintain equipment fleets in the field. Strong communication and regulatory expertise are essential.

Formación

• Associate's degree in industrial safety or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in safety leadership role.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Corporate EHS requirements, ensure regulatory compliance, promote a positive safety culture and maintain equipment fleet in the field.
• Leverage critical thinking to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive safety culture by working through site leadership using company polices.
• Deliver safety results by following union regulations, best practices and enforcing company standards.
• Provide OSHA compliance new hire orientation/refresher training.
• Track employee certificates for training; work with the manufacturing leaders, and Regional Superintendent on refresher training to maintain certifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leaders and Superintendents to drive Corporate EHS requirements.
• Frequent travel required.
