The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation familiarity, and collaboration with site leaders to minimize risk and improve safety performance across construction or manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; two years in workers’ compensation experience.
• Proficient understanding of OSHA standards and guidelines.
• Construction or manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety planning to prepare projects for mobilization and site readiness.
• Foster onsite safety culture and ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct corporate and site safety audits and address corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date safety inspection and incident records.
• Coordinate safety equipment, PPE, and inspection results.
• Serve as frontline safety resource and answer employee questions.
• Evaluate risks, monitor metrics, and report safety performance.
• Participate in safety orientation and training programs.
• Investigate incidents and determine root causes with corrective actions.
• Communicate with site leaders and clients to improve safety practices.
