Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks an Employee Health and Safety Business Partner to drive safety culture and regulatory compliance across multiple sites. The role requires auditing, incident investigations, and leading health and safety initiatives with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities include site visits, training program development, and quarterly reporting on safety performance. Domestic travel up to 50% is expected, with a focus on OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and DOT guidelines.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Proficiency in safety management systems (SMS) and data tracking.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a robust safety culture through training, guidance, and resources to employees.
• Leads safety initiatives via toolbox talks, site visits, and audits.
• Ensures regulatory training completion and reporting across sites.
• Investigates injuries and incidents with corrective actions.
• Monitors TRIR trends and implements improvement plans.
• Travel up to 50% for mine site inspections and audits.
