Job summary

A construction lifecycle partner is seeking an EHS Regional Manager to oversee safety programs across multiple industrial sites. This role involves ensuring OSHA compliance, leading training efforts, and collaborating with leadership to foster a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or at least 10 years of experience in industrial safety management, along with CHST certification. The position requires strong leadership and extensive knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations in a demanding work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of work experience in industrial construction safety management required.
  • CHST certification or higher required (or obtain within 12 months).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and risk assessment skills.
  • Extensive OSHA and MSHA knowledge with industrial safety experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and EHS management software.
  • Frequent travel throughout the assigned multi-state region required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce regional safety policies and training programs.
  • Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with leadership to improve safety performance.
  • Coordinate safety training programs for all employees.
