Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple locations from our Westmont, IL HQ. This role involves extensive travel (up to 80%) to implement standards, conduct audits, and drive a proactive safety culture.

You will partner with operations leadership to reduce risk, manage workers’ compensation, and integrate EHS best practices across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EH&S or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience with multi-site management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EHS programs across multiple locations to ensure compliance.
• Travel up to 80% to regional sites for audits and coaching.
• Partner with operations leaders to reduce risk and improve performance.
• Develop and monitor EHS policies aligned with corporate standards.
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
