Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a hands-on safety leader to drive Corporate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) across manufacturing operations and job sites nationwide.

You will conduct audits, lead investigations, provide training, manage certifications, and champion a positive safety culture in collaboration with regional leaders and site teams. Role requires frequent travel, strong regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to doing the right thing for employees and the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in industrial safety or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in safety leadership role.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• OSHA 30, OSHA 500, OSHA 510 Certifications.
• CHST certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Corporate EHS requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead site safety audits and investigate workplace incidents.
• Provide safety training and manage worker certifications.
• Collaborate with EHS leadership to adapt safety plans across projects.
• Travel frequently to manufacturing sites and job sites.
