Harmon, Inc. is seeking a hands-on EHS leader to drive corporate safety requirements on projects and offices across the United States. You will lead the execution of the Corporate EHS Program, conduct audits, investigate incidents, provide training, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while championing a positive safety culture.

Frequent travel to sites is required. You will collaborate with corporate EHS teams, regional leaders, and site teams to evolve safety plans as projects progress,

Formación

• Minimum of five years of experience in a safety leadership role.
• OSHA 30, OSHA 500, OSHA 510 certifications required; CHST preferred.
• Bilingual preferred; excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Corporate EHS requirements across projects and offices.
• Lead safety audits, investigate accidents, provide training and maintain certifications.
• Collaborate with site leaders, manufacturing and regional teams to adapt safety plans.
• Travel frequently to job sites and sites across the country to enforce standards.
