Job summary

Crash Champions seeks an experienced Regional EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple locations. This role is based at the Westmont, IL headquarters with extensive travel to ensure consistent EHS standards and regulatory compliance.

You will drive safety culture, partner with operations, and support growth. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of EHS leadership, strong OSHA knowledge, and proven incident investigation experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental standards.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to travel up to 80% per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs across multiple locations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections and prepare actionable reports.
• Travel up to 80% to audit and support locations.
• Collaborate with operations to drive corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor EHS policies aligned with corporate standards.
• Report safety metrics and lead audits monthly.
