Job summary

The Honickman Companies seeks a Regional EH&S Manager to lead safety across a multi-state region from New Jersey to Virginia. You will drive process improvements, ensure OSHA and DOT compliance, and partner with EHS leadership to deliver a high standard of service and safe operations.

You will develop safety objectives, conduct training, manage workers’ compensation processes, and lead audits and incident investigations. Expect up to 50% travel to support regional sites and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant safety experience in manufacturing/supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety Management preferred.
• Experience in distribution/manufacturing safety.
• Experience developing safety standards and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and manage regional safety across New Jersey to Virginia.
• Ensure OSHA and DOT compliance at multiple locations.
• Lead safety training for employees and new hires.
• administer workers’ compensation activities and investigations.
• Coordinate safety meetings and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and KPI reporting and drive continuous improvement.
