Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an admin/HR role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Google Suite or MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR with onboarding, training, attendance, and benefits enrollment.
• Support timekeeping and payroll reporting.
• Coordinate floor training and safety initiatives.
• Prepare reports and process customer claims.
• Liaise with vendors, schedule deliveries, and approve PMs.
• Assist internal communications and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with marketing to support employee engagement.
