Job summary

TVH Group in South Bend, IN is hiring an Order Filler for our new distribution center. This full-time role focuses on pulling, checking, and packing orders to keep shipments accurate and timely, with a starting pay of $18 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Hours begin 8 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri, and will shift to 10 AM–7 PM once the DC officially opens in 2027. We offer medical, dental, vision, and a strong 401(k) match, plus professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of general warehouse experience.
• Ability to accurately match part numbers.
• Basic proficiency using the Internet and/or computer systems to locate information.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures for pulling and checking orders.
• Verify the accuracy of orders and relabel outgoing shipments.
• Check and pack orders according to the packing slip, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Select appropriate shipping containers to ensure maximum product protection.
• Clean work area at the end of each shift.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
