Job summary

TJFACT LLC – Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques in Washington, DC, seeks a South America Program Advisor to support INL/WHP activities. This onsite, full-time role requires program development, oversight, and coordination with INL/WHP teams, including planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include budget tracking, implementing mechanisms, and producing briefing materials. Strong candidates have gov’t reporting experience and a security clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Four to six years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal policies and procedures and budgeting.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Experience drafting U.S. government reports and documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Caribbean, South America, or other Western Hemisphere programs.
• Research regional security developments using SMART cables, DRs, and media sources.
• Support program implementation, maintain project files, ensure timely communications.
• Track program budgets and pipelines for assigned projects.
• Advise on funding and coordination of contracts, grants, and IAAs.
• Collect INL implementer reports and track execution within contracts and IAAs.
• Prepare background materials, reports, speeches, briefings, and congressionally-relevant documents.
• Provide general administrative and programmatic support to INL/WHP team.
