TJFACT seeks a well-qualified South America Program Advisor to support the INL/WHP office in Washington, DC. The role focuses on program development, oversight, and coordination of regional activities, including drafting papers and briefing leadership.

The position requires strong coordination with team leads, budget tracking, and the ability to produce reports and briefings for U.S. government stakeholders. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Four to six years’ relevant experience.
• Knowledge of international narcotics and law enforcement or similar programs.
• Experience with U.S. government reporting documents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Caribbean/South America programs.
• Research regional security developments from multiple sources.
• Assist with program implementation and tracking of deliverables.
• Support budget tracking and funding coordination.
• Prepare programmatic and budgetary justifications and reports.
