Job description

Kapolei restaurant seeks skilled Sous Chef to assist in the operation of our kitchen.

Starting pay $23-$25/hr + tips (Ave. $5.00/hr.) Total pay with tips = $28 - $30

Pay based on experience.

Must work weekends and holidays

Create daily specials, put out quarterly menu changes, maintain kitchen standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Daily duties will include inventory and ordering, personnel management, portion control, food expediting, general cleaning, equipment and facility maintenance, organization of prep lists, daily prep for lunch and dinner service.2 yr minimum sous chef/kitchen manager/supervisory experience

or - 5 years experience having worked all stations in a kitchen

• Sauté, broiler, pantry, sanitation and knife skills are musts!
