Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 yr minimum sous chef/kitchen manager/supervisory experience or 5 years experience having worked all stations.
• Sauté, broiler, pantry, sanitation and knife skills are musts.
• Create nightly specials for guest experience and maintain high standards.
• Punctual, team player, able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create daily specials and update quarterly menu changes.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, portion control and prep for lunch and dinner.
