Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking an energetic Sous Chef for Stag Lodge in Park City, Utah, for the winter season. This full-time, seasonal role runs November through early April with a 10:00 AM–7:00 PM schedule, Thursday–Monday, and holidays included.

Compensation ranges from $26 to $34 per hour based on experience, with benefits like paid sick time, a winter incentive bonus, a 401(k), EAP, and PerkSpot discounts. Start date is 11/5/2026.

Qualifications

• Strong professional cooking experience in fine dining, private clubs, or upscale restaurants.
• Two to three years of previous sous chef or kitchen leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of inventory, food cost awareness, food safety, and dietary accommodations.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude and the ability to stay composed during busy service.

Nestled slopeside in the heart of Deer Valley, Stag Lodge offers luxury accommodations, ski-in/ski-out convenience, and genuine mountain hospitality. At the heart of the experience is Café 52, our signature restaurant known for its inviting atmosphere, elevated mountain cuisine, and exceptional guest service.

We are looking for an energetic, passionate Sous Chef who loves creating exceptional dining experiences, bringing creativity to the kitchen, and supporting a talented culinary team. If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, have a passion for great food, and enjoy leading and collaborating with a close-knit team, we would love to meet you!
