Job summary

East West Hospitality seeks a Guest Services Supervisor in Park City to lead the front desk team, manage guest inquiries, and coordinate local and resort activities. You’ll support the Guest Services Manager to keep operations seamless and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are guest-focused, highly organized, and excellent communicators who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license with 5 years driving experience, and be comfortable

• Highly organized, skilled at multitasking and problem-solving while leading a team.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and five years of driving experience, able to drive in snowy conditions.
• Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite (Excel) and familiarity with POS or reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly service to ensure a memorable guest stay from arrival to departure.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-line staff; evaluate performance and support development.
• Oversee daily front desk and guest service operations; resolve inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
• Assist guests with activity bookings, restaurant reservations, transportation; coordinate with departments for seamless experiences.
• Support the Guest Services Manager with staff scheduling, performance reviews, inventory, and on-site billing and transactions.

Duties Include:

• Provide attentive, friendly service to ensure every guest has a memorable stay from arrival to departure.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-line staff while evaluating performance and supporting their development.

• Act as the go-to resource for guests, assisting with activity bookings, restaurant reservations, transportation, and coordinating with other departments for seamless experiences.
• Support the Guest Services Manager with staff scheduling, performance reviews, inventory, and managing on-site billing and transactions.

Job Requirements:

They greet guests warmly, are personable, adaptable, and innovative, with strong time management skills. Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with at least five years of driving experience, and be comfortable driving in snowy conditions. Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with POS or reservation systems is a plus.
