• Previous front-of-house leadership or supervisory experience in fine dining, a private club, resort, or upscale restaurant.
• Experience training, coaching, and supporting service staff.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a steady presence during busy service.
• A genuine commitment to hospitality and a memorable guest/owner experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house activities, monitor food, beverage, and service quality, and ensure health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Hire, train, schedule, and support team members; lead daily front-of-house service and create a warm, attentive experience.
• Track expenses, manage budgets, handle payroll, and monitor sales to maximize profitability.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage complaints, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
• Manage inventory, place supply orders, lead by example, promote a positive work culture, and support marketing initiatives as needed.

Your Role Includes:

• Operations: Oversee daily front-of-house activities, monitor food, beverage, and service quality, and ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are met.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and support team members, providing feedback and resolving conflicts as needed. Lead daily front-of-house service and create a warm, attentive experience for members and their families.
• Financial Management: Track expenses, manage budgets, handle payroll, and monitor sales to maximize profitability.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage complaints, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
• Inventory & Administration: Manage inventory, place supply orders, lead by example, promote a positive work culture, handle administrative tasks, and support marketing initiatives as needed.

Location: Cafe 52 in Stag Lodge, Park City, UT

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $23/hr (based on experience) + Service Fee Pooling!

Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal (Late November – Early April)

Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 10:00am - 7:00pm | Must also be willing to work holidays and weekends
