Unidine is seeking a full-time Sous Chef at Mount Saint Vincent in Wellesley Hills, MA. The role requires leadership in the kitchen, coordination of cooks, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or similar role preferred.
• Prior nursing home experience preferred.
• Full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience coordinating cooks and food-service staff.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates; handles interviews, scheduling, payroll, training, and reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following corporate, state, and federal safety procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils; ensures clean workstation and displays.
