This is a great place for a Breakfast Chef Partie to work within a busy kitchen with a fairly young team and good atmosphere. This hotel is very popular with visitors and guests. You will be required to work straight shifts, five days out of seven on a Rota basis. The hotel offers a buffet style service and a la carte, and dishes are freshly cooked and replenished throughout the breakfast service. It is essential that you are organised, self motivated and used to a busy service.
The Head Chef is seeking a Breakfast Chef who has spent time in this role in hotels previously where you were cooking using fresh ingredients. It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope with large numbers of covers when working under pressure. A minimum of 2 Years experience in a similar role. Minimum Level 2 Food Safety Certificate is required.
