Job summary

Eurest USA is hiring a full-time Sous Chef at the QVC facility in Suffolk, VA (1 QVC Drive). The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, with production deadlines and daily menu execution responsibilities. The role supports the Executive Chef and oversees kitchen staff during the shift.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills and management experience required.
• Menu building experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates and handles scheduling, payroll, training, and performance reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils and keeps workstation clean.
