Compass Group USA is hiring for a Sous Chef in Philadelphia, PA. The role oversees the Culinary Department operations, assists in supervision, preparation, and cooking, and collaborates with the Executive Chef to develop menus and ordering.

Qualifications

• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience preferred.
• High-volume, complex foodservice operations experience desirable.
• Familiarity with catering trends, quality, sanitation and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef in managing cost controls and expenditures.
• Assist in planning and creating menus.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
