Qualifications

• Prior culinary and supervisory experience is required.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Full-time schedule; Sunday through Thursday; hours may vary.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates; coordinates staffing, payroll and training.
• Stores food in designated areas following all safety procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstations.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Explains daily menu items accurately to associates and customers.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; notes low supplies for supervisor.
