Compass Group USA is hiring a Sous Chef for a Senior Living facility in the King of Prussia area. You will assist the Executive Chef in supervising the Culinary Department, prepare and garnish items, and help develop daily menus while coordinating with the team to ensure quality and consistency.

You will supervise hourly staff, support menu development, and assist with ordering in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth opportunities within a national food service leader.

Formación

• Progressive culinary and kitchen management experience preferred.
• High-volume, complex foodservice operations experience required.
• Institutional and batch cooking experience helpful.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, sanitation and cost controls.
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsabilidades
