Qualifications

• Able to work full-time; days and hours may vary.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates; interviews, schedules, payroll, training, and reviews.
• Stores food per safety procedures and maintains sanitation.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness of equipment and workstation; supports serving during peak hours.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Explains daily menu items accurately to associates and customers.
• Monitors inventory and reports low supplies or product waste.
