Gordon Ramsay Burger Boston is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our back-of-house operations in a premium casual setting. You will lead a fast-paced kitchen, uphold world-class standards, and drive food quality while mentoring a high-performing team.

[]= You will ensure health, safety and food safety compliance, manage stock and margins, and coordinate resources to meet financial targets in a two-story venue with guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Leadership to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and hospitality standards.
• Experience as a Sous Chef in fast casual settings.
• Experience as a Sous Chef in high-volume quality restaurants.
• A keen eye for detail to maintain Gordon Ramsay food quality.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, motivate and retain a strong kitchen team.
• A strong personality with confidence to lead day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and manage relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Be the key leader of the kitchen, driving food quality and standards.
• Lead, inspire and motivate the team to achieve loyalty and retention.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance to standards.
• Manage supply chain and stock control in line with brand standards.
• Control food margins within target ranges.
