Job summary

Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a passionate line cook to join our kitchen team. You will ensure quality plating and timely service, maintain proper stock at line stations, and adhere to health and safety standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in full service restaurant and/or culinary operation is preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality and presentation of all food to guests in a timely manner.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations.
• Know and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies.
• Maintain sanitation to prevent spoilage and contamination and ensure health regulations.
• Keep a clean work station and assist in daily kitchen cleaning.
