Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Shrewsbury, MA is seeking a Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team within a vibrant entertainment venue. You’ll oversee daily food preparation, ensure adherence to our F&B menus, manage costs, and coordinate banquets with operations and sales staff while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

This role requires 1–3 years of supervisory kitchen experience, a current ServSafe certification, and a hands-on leader who can motivate a fast-paced crew.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue.
• Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events is desirable.
• Current ServSafe certification is required.
• Relevant education/experience combinations are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to F&B menu and purchasing programs.
• Manage budgets, costs of sales, labor, and supplies; review P&L statements.
• Plan and supervise banquet functions with operations and sales teams.
• Schedule staff to match business volume and ensure service quality.
