Job summary

Flower Child, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring a Sous Chef in Southlake, TX. We are offering full-time work with a compensation range of $60,000–$65,000 per year. If you thrive in high-volume settings and excel at coaching teams, this role may be a fit.

You will manage shifts, ensure quality dining experiences, and maintain restaurant cleanliness while leveraging POS systems and OpenTable to optimize guest service. Immediate start preferred.

• Must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate understanding of business operations and financials.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team; manage shifts and scheduling.

• Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling, and planning.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients; ensure quality and cleanliness.
• Perform calmly in a high-volume environment; handle on-the-fly requests with poise.
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other reservation systems).
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
