Job summary

Arc Herkimer is seeking a talented Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations at MV Golf & Event Center in Little Falls, NY. You''ll assist the Head Chef, help prepare and present high-quality meals, and coordinate service for weddings, banquets, and events.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of Sous Chef experience. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, work flexible evenings and weekends, and contribute to a collaborative, guest-focused kitchen.

Location: MV Golf & Event Center, Little Falls, NY
Pay: $22.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Flexible schedule required)

From daily restaurant service to weddings, banquets, and special events, you'll play a key role in creating memorable meals for our guests.
