Job summary

Arc Herkimer is seeking a talented Sous Chef to help deliver exceptional dining experiences at the MV Golf & Event Center in Little Falls, NY. You will assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, help prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals, and coordinate food service for weddings, banquets, golf outings, and other events while upholding food safety standards.

This full-time role offers $22.50 per hour, 40 hours per week, and a flexible schedule to accommodate evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• At least one year of Sous Chef experience preferred.
• Knowledge of all kitchen operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

Pay: $22.50/hour
