Arc Herkimer’s MV Golf and Event Center in Little Falls, NY is seeking a Bar Manager to lead bartenders and wait staff, manage shifts, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will supervise scheduling and training while ensuring top service and safety standards.

• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Monitor inventory, beverage supplies, and product costs to reduce waste.
• Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with the Event Coordinator and Head Chef on drink specials and promotions.
• Complete shift documentation and cash-handling procedures.
• Help ensure compliance with New York State Liquor Authority regulations.

Pay: $24.00 per hour plus tips | Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Lead and support bartenders and wait staff during restaurant, bar, and event shifts.
• Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and coaching.
• Work alongside your team to keep service running smoothly.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests receive outstanding customer service.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Monitor inventory, beverage supplies, and product costs while helping reduce waste.
• Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with the Event Coordinatorand Head Chef on drink specials, promotions, and guest-focused initiatives.
• Complete shift documentation, cash-handling procedures, and other required records.
• Help ensure compliance with New York State Liquor Authority regulations and agency policies.

What We're Looking For
