Job summary

Flower Child, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring a Sous Chef in Del Mar, CA. This role reports to Flower Child leadership and requires strong experience in managing high-volume restaurant operations.

The Sous Chef will oversee nightly shifts, ensure quality and cleanliness, and coach a team to deliver memorable guest experiences while controlling food costs and labor scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Ability to understand business operations and financials.
• Demonstrates effective leadership and coaching of a restaurant team.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:
