Apple Blossom is a vibrant, ingredient-driven restaurant inside the Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver. We re a hospitality-forward, chef-led concept committed to showcasing the bounty of regional farms, sustainable ranches, and local artisans. Our kitchen executes a seasonally changing menu that blends contemporary American cuisine with elevated technique and a commitment to quality. In addition to a la carte service, we regularly execute private dining and banquet events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale buyouts.
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented kitchen and is passionate about mentorship, consistency, and culinary excellence. This role is critical in supporting daily BOH operations, executing prep and service at the highest level, and collaborating closely with both the Executive Chef and front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prep stations and staff
Working knowledge of inventory management, food cost awareness, and vendor relations
A team player who leads by example and actively supports FOH-BOH communication
Open availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening
Bonus If You Have:
Experience in banquet service, brunch execution, and seasonal menu rollouts
Familiarity with local/regional sourcing and a passion for sustainable ingredients

Compensation: $60,000
