A leading hospitality company is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee food production and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure quality and consistency while managing staff and maintaining safety standards. This role offers flexibility and various employee benefits.
Manage the kitchen staff in the daily production, preparation, and presentation of all food for the hotel's restaurant(s) and room service in a safe, sanitary environment that meets all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, quality products. Responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, monitoring food and labor costs, and assisting in menu and production changes with the Executive Chef.
Education/Formal Training
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
1-2 years of related experience in food service management.
Knowledge/Skills
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry items, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work, including working in cold and hot environments.
