What you will be doing:
  1. Open and close the line, perform precise line checks and facility walks, complete EcoSure documentation, and address any deficiencies.
  2. Manage high-volume service periods from the expo or wheel position to maintain food quality and presentation standards.
  3. Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams, conduct thorough line checks and facility walks, participate in EcoSure & Health inspections, ensuring a safe production environment.
  4. Hire, develop, and manage back of house employees, including scheduling and payroll reporting in compliance with company standards and laws.
  5. Partner with EC to manage the P&L, focusing on maximizing profits through food cost management, labor, inventory control, and overall restaurant performance.
  6. Maintain open communication with the FOH team to ensure adherence to TFK guidelines.

  • Over 2 years of experience as a chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Basic understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
  • Caring, self-motivated, and capable of leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
