Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; substitution with relevant experience possible.
• Up to 2 years in purchasing, spend analytics, or a professional setting is desirable.
• Experience in higher education or scientific/research environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate routine contracts within authorized limits and coordinate with GC.
• Analyze supplier contracts for cost savings, pricing trends, renewal risks, and compliance gaps.
• Develop contract performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for procurement activities.
• Conduct spend analysis to support sourcing, negotiations, and supplier consolidation.
• Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks in contract terms and conditions.
• Support market research and benchmarking to evaluate supplier competitiveness.
• Develop financial models and TCO analyses for procurement decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align contract requirements with organizational goals.
• Maintain contract and supplier data in CLM systems and reporting tools.
