Job summary

Aston Carter is hiring multiple Recruiters to support both tech and non-tech hiring for a Fortune 500 company in Seattle. This contractual onsite role emphasizes sourcing and top-of-funnel activities, leveraging AI tools to identify and engage talent across diverse job families.

You will conduct phone screens, coordinate assessments, and generate recruiting metrics to meet weekly and monthly targets, collaborating with peers and management to refine sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates.
• Experience in corporate or agency recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Excel for metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for a wide range of roles, including non-technical positions, hardware roles, data engineers, software engineers, and other families.
• Focus on top-of-the-funnel recruiting activities, including proactive candidate outreach and engagement.
• Conduct phone screens to assess candidate fit and readiness for next steps in the hiring process.
• Coordinate and set up assessments and business phone screens for candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and assessments, ensuring they understand the process and expectations.
• Generate and maintain accurate recruiting reports and metrics to track progress against weekly and monthly targets.
• Collaborate with recruiting peers to share insights and align on priorities.
• Interact with recruiting management to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies.
• Deliver a high volume of qualified candidates within tight timelines, pivoting between roles.
