Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter for the TeraWave Talent Acquisition team in WA. You will own sourcing strategy across ASIC design, optical/RF engineering, networking, and software roles, building pipelines for multiple business units and guiding candidates from outreach to interview.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and leadership in scoping, status reports, and debriefs, while leveraging Workday and other tools to optimize candidate flow and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting across engineering, hardware design, testing, or IT roles.
• Experience generating candidate leads using multiple sourcing platforms and outreach methods.
• Ability to calibrate candidate profiles with hiring managers and adjust search strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing plans and search strategies to generate talent pools, networks, and pipelines.
• Convert prospects into candidates through outreach, screening, and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, panel logistics, and collect interviewer feedback.
• Communicate compensation and benefits details and notify candidates of hiring decisions.
