Blue Origin LLC seeks a dedicated Sourcing Recruiter to identify and hire highly specialized engineering talent across Space Vehicles divisions. You will build talent pools, partner with hiring managers, and lead end-to-end search efforts in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

The role requires 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to influence senior leaders. On-site position in the Greater Seattle Area with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in recruiting.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience to include engineering, manufacturing, or IT positions.
• Strong professional communication skills and ability to influence and advise business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies.
• Develop prospects into candidates; engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview.
