Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to identify, interview, and hire top engineering, manufacturing, and IT talent across our Production Operations and corporate teams. You will partner with leaders to shape staffing plans and align recruiting strategies with business goals.

In this pivotal role, you will design sourcing models, run proactive outreach, and coach hiring managers through the interview process, leveraging Workday and a range of recruiting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or additional years of recruiting experience.
• 8+ years of Technical Recruiting experience to include Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT positions.
• Strong professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines.
• Create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers.
• Develop prospects into candidates.
• Engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview.
• Collaborate, coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team; partner with hiring managers and leaders in scoping discussions and candidate debriefs.
• Prepare contributions to search status reports and lead client update meetings on active searches.
• Dive deep into technical requirements of requisitions and business units you will be supporting.
