Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned Technical Sourcer/Recruiter to support the Space Vehicles division. You will recruit highly specialized engineers across Structural, Mechanical, Avionics and Electrical domains, including roles requiring security clearances, on-site in Seattle.

You will build talent pipelines, advise leadership, and collaborate with a cross-functional Talent Acquisition team to drive recruitment strategies and candidate experiences aligned with Blue Origin's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruiting.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience including Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT roles.
• Strong professional communication and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven success in generating leads using various platforms and sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers.
• Develop prospects into candidates; engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview.
• Collaborate, coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders by leading scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and candidate debriefs.
• Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead client update meetings on active searches.
• Dive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of requisitions and business units.
